Chloe's mom was born from Paris and began a career of a model and fashion designer. Her mom was then modeled on a runway and met her dad, when he flirted with her. They fell in love and had her older brother, Austin. Her father and her, spent most of their time at their ranch and at the stables. Chloe hated being around full crowds, except her friends. Austin and her, were like BFFs. He inspired her and Chloe inspired him too. They moved to America, just to give their daughter joy in the country. Chloe was born in Crab Orchard, Tennessee, where she was inspired to sing and write music. Before they moved, Chloe lived in a huge mansion and loved the country side. Austin sang songs with Chloe,which made her voice, professional. During when she grew up, she had a beloved Olympic winning horse named, Midnight. She got her horse from her great grandmother, who was an Olympic winner too. Her mom Britney Spears was very talented and moved to Hollywood,California. Chloe was always spold from her mom's fame,fortune,money,and being a millionaire. Chloe's dad was an artist and made money,being a billionaire. Their relationship was very,very close and her brother too. This was huge for Chloe and her mom. On her way to Hollywood, her mom decided to put Chloe in pageants. Chloe won every queen crown and reward. This made Chloe happy and she loved it. When they made it to Hollywood, people swarmed her mom in minutes. Then Chloe was left in her mom's hummer limo with her brother,bodyguard,and butler. They brought Chloe and Austin to her home. A new mansion, that looked like a castle. Chloe forgot all about her mom,dad,and Austin. Chloe spent her time with Angel. She brought her to the beach, the only quietest place she loved the most. There she met Skyler. She and Skyler were different. Though their moms's bonded between each other. Though Austin,found Skyler cool and tried to get the both of them to be friends,but failed.
